Thank you for selecting RUGO for your upcoming journey.

By accessing or using any part of the RUGO website, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service outlined here. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. Any new features or tools added to the current store will also be subject to these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review the most current version of the Terms of Service regularly. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

1. eSIM Service
RUGO specializes in providing prepaid eSIM data service plans (referred to as the "Service") utilizing eSIM technology. Furthermore, RUGO acts as a reseller for prepaid eSIMs.

2. REGISTRATION
Customers must agree to the General Terms and Conditions to access RUGO services. During registration, customers are required to provide the following information: First Name, Last Name, Billing Address, Email Address and phone number.

3. RUGO ENGAGEMENTS
RUGO will make every reasonable effort to deliver a quality service to customers. However, RUGO does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or fault-free service.

4. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS
When utilizing the Equipment or Services provided by RUGO, customers must refrain from engaging in the following actions:

- Any abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activities.
- Actions that result in impairment or damage to the network.

If a customer breaches these obligations under section 4, RUGO reserves the right to suspend the customer’s use of the Service. Notification of any suspension will be provided promptly. During any suspension period, the customer remains obligated to pay all charges due under this Agreement for the suspended Services.

5. UPDATES TO THE SERVICE AND PRICING
Prices for our products may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without prior notice.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service

6. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
Customers must verify that their device is eSIM compatible and unlocked by any carrier before making a purchase. The list of eSIM compatible devices is available on our website.

Please note that while we make efforts to update the list regularly, it may not include all newly announced eSIM compatible devices.

7. START, DURATION, AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
The service contract between RUGO and the customer commences upon placing an order on the RUGO website. It terminates upon the customer's receipt of the purchased eSIM at the specified delivery email address on the RUGO website and/or upon receipt of the purchased eSIM. The activation of the eSIM is the customer's responsibility.

8. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Accepted payment methods for RUGO services include Credit/Debit Card. All payments are processed in US Dollars ($).

9. DELIVERY
Upon purchase, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code to scan and activate the eSIM. Instructions for installing the eSIM will be provided in the email.

10. REFUND POLICY FOR ESIMS
Upon purchasing your eSIM, you will receive a confirmation email immediately containing the QR code. Please note that the eSIM is a digital product, and once sent via email, RUGO cannot prevent its use. Therefore, refunds or returns are generally not possible, except in explicitly indicated cases.

Customers may request a refund or exchange if the eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical issue originating from RUGO or its telecommunications provider.

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect email address provided:
We cannot issue a refund if the eSIM is sent to the wrong email address. However, we can forward the eSIM to a different email address upon request, although we cannot guarantee it will not be used by the owner of the incorrect email address.

2. Device compatibility issues:
We cannot issue a refund if your device is not compatible with eSIM. RUGO provides a list of compatible devices on its website, and customers can inquire about compatibility by contacting RUGO.

3. Change of mind or no longer needing the eSIM:
We cannot issue a refund if you have a change of mind or no longer require the eSIM. Once sent, RUGO cannot prevent the use of the eSIM, and therefore, refunds cannot be provided for such cases.

4. Any other cases not specified on this page.

Please note that exceptions to this policy may apply in certain jurisdictions or as required by law. 

11. ERRORS & INACCURACIES
Occasionally, there may be information on our site or within the Service containing typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We are not obligated to update, amend, or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including pricing information, except as required by law. No specific update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be interpreted as indicating that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

12. PRIVACY
All data provided by customers during the rental and usage of RUGO equipment will be safeguarded in accordance with relevant privacy terms concerning customer data. Customer-provided data stored by RUGO will be used solely to fulfill contractual obligations and to inform customers about products related to their contractual agreement. By explicitly agreeing to this, customers consent to receiving such information, including for marketing purposes and in electronic form, such as via email.

Customers may revoke their consent at any time by submitting a written request to RUGO, specifying the affected email addresses.

13. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
We cannot guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You acknowledge that we may, from time to time, remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service, and all products and services delivered to you through the service, are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall RUGO, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
